Lior Kishinevsky is a passionate advocate for environmental conservation, combining his background in Psychology & Brain Sciences with a deep love for water and nature. He believes in the vital connection between human well-being and planetary health, driving his mission to inspire collective action. As the founder of The Plunge, a world-record ocean plunge event at UCSB, Lior is expanding his impact by bringing the event to a larger stage. On June 1, 2025, The Plunge will unite thousands in a historic ocean dive for World Coral Reef Awareness Day, raising awareness and rallying support for marine conservation.
Natalie Schweitzer is a driven high school junior, is on a mission to protect the oceans we depend on. As a student researcher and passionate advocate, she transforms complex conservation issues—like the alarming rise of ocean pollution and the destruction of coral reefs—into powerful, accessible messages that inspire action. As a Student Ambassador for the Marine Conservation Network, she is proving that anyone, regardless of age, can make a real impact. Now, she’s taking her efforts to the next level by designing a series of beach clean-up stations for Santa Barbara’s coastline, including key locations along the Harbor and Stearns Wharf. Her goal? To empower the community to take part in preserving our marine ecosystems—one cleanup at a time.

Victoria is a 10th grader with a strong passion for the environment and ocean conservation. I'm a Climate Optimist, AOW Diver, and Aquanaut, dedicated to exploring and preserving the world's oceans. As a NOAA Ocean Guardian Youth Ambassador, Ocean Warrior Youth Ambassador with MCN, and a Senior Ambassador at the Earthecho Water Challenge, I work to protect our oceans and inspire others. I'm also a member of the US Naval Sea Cadets. Join me on this exciting journey for a sustainable planet!
I am 12 years old and an an Ocean Warrior Youth Ambassador for MCN, a Global Youth Shark Ambassador for El Porto Shark, an International Youth Ambassador School Broadcasting Network , Young marine biologist The Marine Biological Association, and lastly I have my own Youtube channel and on LinkedIn.
Pari is a middle school student passionate about underwater photography and marine conservation.I live in Bangkok, Thailand, and am a SSI Advanced Diver. I have also completed the SSI underwater photography course and have been actively taking photos since 2022. Marine Conservation and sharing my photos of the sea are my passion.

As a student and researcher, She is spreading awareness about ocean conservation through accessible and understandable ways, from presenting on the vast extent of ocean pollution to the degradation of vital coral reefs. As a passionate student ambassador for Marine Conservation Network, I hope to spread the message that anyone and everyone can make a difference in marine preservation.
The Youth Oceanic Initiative empowers young ocean advocates by providing platforms for collaboration, education, and leadership. By partnering with the Youth Oceanic Initiative, our ambassadors gain access to a global network of like-minded peers and additional resources to further their conservation efforts.
